Who is the SME on your product? your project? The SME (Subject Matter Expert) is your key to finding the answers when you hit the wall. Your SME maybe your project sponsor or you may find them buried in cubicleville. The SME is the one who truly understands what the project needs to accomplish. Have your SME review your business requirements. Have the SME on the QA. The SME may not be politically correct but the SME posesses a true understanding and knowlege is what you need. Need to find the SME? Go the user community and ask them who they go to when they need help. That will lead you on your journey.
